Our Founder
Victoria Moseley-Dials is a business process consultant and behavioral psychologist specializing in operational excellence. She guides organizations in streamlining and documenting business operations processes, reducing resistance to change, empowering stakeholders and digital transformation,all with an eye on the bottom line.
Victoria believes that operational excellence is her superpower and that innovation requires a focus on people first. Even in her first effort, as a Human Factors Engineer, Victoria led process improvement teams that saved an office automation giant $4 million in two months.
Since then, Victoria has led teams in projects recognized by Inc. magazine and the National Association of Government Web Professionals (NAGW).
Victoria has more than 20 years combined experience in customer experience management and overseeing significant and comprehensive change driven by the integration and utilization of digital technologies.
Victoria holds a master’s degree in Behavioral Systems Analysis from Boston University and is an experienced program, product and project manager.
In her limited spare time, Victoria applies her research skills to genealogy and has found nearly 500 newspaper articles in which family members were featured or mentioned, and has taught high school students to research their families and community histories using newspapers as well.
