OpEx Advantage LLC is an operational consulting firm serving service businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit opexadvantage.com or interact with our tools, including the BURDEN Pattern Scan™ and the Margin Impact Diagnostic™.

Information We Collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it. This includes:

• Your name and work email address, when completing the BURDEN Pattern Scan™ or the Margin Impact Diagnostic™
• Your job title and organizational level, when completing the Margin Impact Diagnostic™
• Your industry, as selected during either tool
• Your scan responses — the operational symptoms you select and the BURDEN Patterns™ identified as a result
• Your diagnostic assessment responses — business profile information (revenue range, team size, delivery model, years in operation, labor cost percentage), financial context (revenue trend, margin trend, cost pressure areas), BURDEN Pattern™ and VALUE Signature™ responses, and capacity and decision-making questions
• Contact information submitted through our contact form

Payment transactions for the Margin Impact Diagnostic™ are processed by Stripe, Inc. OpEx Advantage LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or information from minors. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising tools on this site.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to:

• Personalize your scan or diagnostic results and follow-up communications
• Deliver your Margin Impact Report and, where applicable, schedule your Diagnostic Debrief session
• Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
• Understand which operational challenges our prospective clients face, in aggregate, to improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may also use aggregated, anonymized data from scan and diagnostic responses to develop industry insights, publish general operational findings, improve our methodology, and refine the scoring algorithm that underlies the BURDEN Pattern Scan™ and Margin Impact Diagnostic™. Aggregate data may also be used to develop industry benchmarks and inform future product development. No individual respondent is identified in any published data, benchmark, or finding. Feedback submitted voluntarily through our tools may be used anonymously as illustrative examples on our website or in marketing materials, where the respondent has provided explicit consent to such use.

How Information Is Stored

Scan and diagnostic assessment responses are stored in a secure Google Sheets document accessible only to OpEx Advantage LLC. This includes your name, email, job title, organizational level, industry, and all assessment responses. This data is retained for internal business and service delivery purposes and is not shared externally.

Contact form submissions are received via email and retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Standard browser session behavior may apply, but no persistent identifiers are set by opexadvantage.com.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — used for typography, served from Google's servers. Google's privacy policy governs that interaction.
• Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors interact with this site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. It does not collect personally identifiable information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Google Sheets — used to store scan and diagnostic assessment responses. Data is accessible only to OpEx Advantage LLC.
• Stripe, Inc. — used to process payments for the Margin Impact Diagnostic™. Stripe handles all payment card data directly and independently. OpEx Advantage LLC does not receive or store your payment information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Calendly — used to schedule Diagnostic Debrief and pre-kickoff sessions. When you schedule through Calendly, you interact directly with Calendly's platform. Calendly's privacy policy governs that interaction.

No other third-party services receive your personal data as a result of visiting this site.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
