Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using opexadvantage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the site.

Use of This Site

This site is intended for informational and business development purposes. You may use it to learn about OpEx Advantage LLC's services, complete the BURDEN Pattern Scan™, and contact us regarding potential engagements.

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without written permission
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt any systems or data associated with this site
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this site

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, and methodology descriptions, is the property of OpEx Advantage LLC. The following are proprietary methodologies of OpEx Advantage LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written authorization:

• Margin Impact Diagnostic™

Referencing these methodologies in a factual, non-commercial context with attribution is permitted. Commercial use, reproduction, or adaptation requires written permission from OpEx Advantage LLC.

Scan and Assessment Tools

The BURDEN Pattern Scan™ is provided as a directional diagnostic tool at no cost. Results are not a substitute for a full Margin Impact Diagnostic™ and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. OpEx Advantage LLC makes no guarantee that scan results will reflect the complete operational picture of any organization.

The Margin Impact Diagnostic™ is a paid assessment tool. Results are analytical outputs based on the information you provide. They represent professional analysis, not guaranteed outcomes, and do not constitute a consulting engagement unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Paid Products and Services

The Margin Impact Diagnostic™ is offered in two tiers:

• Diagnostic — $497. Includes a complete BURDEN Pattern™ Profile, VALUE Signature™ Analysis, Margin Leakage Estimate, Priority Sequence, and a full Margin Impact Report delivered by email.
• Diagnostic + Debrief — $997. Includes everything in the Diagnostic tier plus a 30-minute Diagnostic Debrief session with an OpEx Advantage consultant, scheduled through our booking system.

Payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. OpEx Advantage LLC does not store your payment card information.

Delivery. Your Margin Impact Report will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of assessment, typically within one business day of assessment completion. Debrief sessions are scheduled at your convenience through our booking system following purchase.

Refunds. Because the Margin Impact Diagnostic™ is a digital product, refunds are available only before the assessment has been completed and the report has been delivered. To request a refund prior to that point, contact us at solutions@opexadvantage.com. No refunds will be issued after the report has been delivered. If a Debrief session was included in your purchase and has not yet been scheduled, a partial refund equal to the difference between the two tiers may be requested.

Rescheduling. Debrief sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice through our booking system. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited.

No Ongoing Consulting Relationship

Use of this site, completion of the BURDEN Pattern Scan™, or receipt of scan results does not create a consulting engagement or advisory relationship between you and OpEx Advantage LLC. Purchase of the Margin Impact Diagnostic™, including a Diagnostic Debrief session, constitutes delivery of a defined analytical product and a single advisory session. It does not establish an ongoing consulting relationship. A formal engagement requires a separate signed agreement between both parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. OpEx Advantage LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpEx Advantage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. For users of free tools and publicly available site content, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars. For purchasers of the Margin Impact Diagnostic™, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. OpEx Advantage LLC has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
